The specific scope of services is defined individually and agreed upon in writing or electronically with the client.
A contract is concluded once the client accepts a written offer or confirms the collaboration electronically.
Prices are agreed individually. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable within the agreed payment period. Late payments may result in a suspension of services.
Webtailor is liable only for intent and gross negligence. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
All intellectual property rights remain with Webtailor until full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the service provider.
